Complex Wine


On September 26, 2012, talk complex wines with Sommelier Brent Kroll. Gather around charcuterie, cheese, and other light fare, to discuss "Robust Reds," a selection of full-bodied, deep-flavored wines, such as the Clos Figuereas, Serras del Priorat, which spends 8 months in 500 liter French oak casks before it is bottled.
